On November 23th, 2010, NOM-037-STPS-2023 was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, which establishes the labor obligations arising from the reforms to the Federal Labor Law that took place in 2021, regarding teleworking.
The provisions of this norm apply to all employees who perform 40% or more of their assignments in the teleworking modality.
This rule will enter into force on December 5th of this year. All companies that employ teleworkers must be attentive to their compliance with said standard and have the corresponding labor policies for the teleworking modality.
