LAW

LAW

-Filing of amparo lawsuits against laws, regulations and other provisions of a general nature contrary to the individual guarantees recognized in the Constitution;

-Filing of constitutional controversies and actions of unconstitutionality in the terms of article 105 of the Constitution;

-Analysis and opinions on the constitutionality or legality of laws, regulations and acts of authority, as well as confirmation of criteria regarding the interpretation and application of the general provisions of an administrative nature, as well as the requests and procedures regulated by the various administrative laws;

-Advice and, where appropriate, defense, in administrative procedures such as verification visits, requirements of all kinds, protection of private information -reserved or confidential- held by the Public Administration or administrative procedures for the imposition of sanctions, among others;
